Very realistic and great fun

Rating: 5 out of 5

This is such a well observed “toy” car. It looks so like a real mini, and is very sturdy for the price. I love the opening doors, the headlights, the way the on off button looks like a real ignition switch and the charger plugging in at the fuel cap. The remote control is great - but note that your toddler can still turn the wheel, overriding what the remote does. The drive wheel does need a flat surface so a couple of lumpy patches on my lawn did cause slight problems (wheel spinning). My only gripe is that the battery charging doesn’t cut off automatically so you’re supposed to ensure you don’t charge for more than 6 hours, and for me the car charger light has never changed from red to green to show when fully charged (as I’d expected from the instructions). It took about an hour to put together and it is important to follow the order in the instructions, which are ok rather than perfect. Overall, it’s incredibly good value and a firm favourite of granddaughter. .

Great Car with added extras & remote

Rating: 4 out of 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of this product was simple and instructions helpful, put together in no time and quality of part and overall car was great. It's a comfortable little car with a seatbelt and remote for safety. The working doors and lights were a great addition and something my child really enjoyed. We liked that we could take her out with remote control (so did she, she just sat back and enjoyed the ride), although we did find turing was not as accurate with the remote especially to the right for some reason. She drove it herself, too. The pedal and steering were light and responsive for her to use. Battery life has been great. The look, colour, and finishing touches on this are lovely. But it does struggle to get up even a slight hill.
