DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to UK and Channel Islands addresses. At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank/Public Holidays. Please allow extra time during holidays.
WHEN WILL MY NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Please note: This service is only available for UK mainland addresses, with postcode and location restrictions. This delivery method will be displayed in the checkout if your delivery address entered is eligible.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link for your order.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
Order by 2pm on the 19th December for delivery in time for Christmas. Orders placed between 20th December and 4th January will be delivered within 7-14 days.
DO YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY?
Orders placed between 1st November and 25th December are eligible for return until 31st January of the following year, under our standard return terms.
Your pre-order will also be eligible for this extended return if shipped between the 1st November and the 25th December.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
If there are obvious signs of damage, we would advise that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If you were unable to receive the package in person and discover the damage after receiving the order, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and ensure this remains intact as proof of damage upon delivery for the claim process.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to offer exchange on items currently. You can return your item for a refund and then purchase a new item.

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. We reserve the right to deduct the current website price of the Free Gift or promotional item, should the return be delivered without this item included.
Products sold as outlet stock may have damaged or imperfect packaging but remain fully functional and are sold at a discounted price. By purchasing outlet products, buyers acknowledge and accept the imperfect condition of the packaging, and these products cannot be returned due to packaging damage alone.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Unwanted items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that the cost of return shipping for unwanted items will be covered by the customer.
